Victory: California passes the Transgender Privacy Act (SB 59)

When Donald Trump's administration rolled back protections for transgender people, thousands of All Out members stood up to fight back. Together, we rallied behind the Transgender Privacy Act (SB 59) – groundbreaking legislation introduced by Senator Scott Wiener to protect the privacy and safety of trans and nonbinary people in California.

And we won. 🎉

SB 59 has now been passed by the California Legislature and signed into law by the Governor – a historic moment for equality and a clear reminder that people power works.
