Maxim was found not guilty!

16-year-old Russian schoolboy was prosecuted under the anti-gay "propaganda law".

In Russia, it's illegal to write, say, or do anything authorities consider "propaganda of non-traditional relationships".

After Maxim posted images of - what authorities described as - "partly nude" men on social media, a court fined him 50,000 rubles (around 750 USD / 660 EUR). Later in the year Maxim was put on trial, even though he was still a minor.

Almost 35,000 All Out members stood in solidarity with Maxim, denouncing Russia’s anti-gay “propaganda law” and on 26 October 2018 Maxim was found not guilty!
