Anonymous
You don't want to be identified as well as keep things confidential
If you wish to be anonymous you may need to take some extra steps like using a VPN (Virtual Private Network) and Tor (Anonymity Network) to submit your message. The Surveillance Self-Defense guide by the Electronic Frontier Foundation gives a great overview of tools and instructions on how to stay anonymous online.
Please note: there are some countries where the use of encryption software is illegal or can have the user flagged as a person of interest to the authorities. When in doubt, we recommend you reach out to Access Now’s Digital Security Helpline that works with individuals and organizations around the world to keep them safe online.
