Our campaigns are proof that love wins. Here are some of our greatest victories (so far!).

Homophobic pastor banned from Ireland

Anti-gay U.S. pastor Steven Anderson is known for promoting anti-gay hate and violence. When we found out that he was planning to preach to a congregation in Dublin, we launched a campaign to stop him.

Thankfully we already had a great track record stopping this awful person spreading his hatred and inciting violence against our community: in 2016 All Out members helped stop him from going to South Africa.

This time, more than 25,000 All Out members asked the Irish government to deny him entry to the country - and it worked!

Irish Minister for Justice, Charlie Flanagan, took a stand to defend and protect the safety, dignity and families of LGBT+ people in Ireland by applying an exclusion order that has never been used in Irish history before.

Homophobic US pastor Steven Anderson banned from Ireland by Justice Minister

Pastor Steven Anderson has become the first person to be banned from Ireland following Justice Minister Charlie Flanagan's signing of an exclusion order. The religious fundamentalist, who called for the death penalty for LGBT+ people, was due to give a sermon in Dublin on May 26.

Anderson is now banned from the UK, South Africa, Malawi, Canada, Jamaica and most other European Union countries.
